• Suspension Helix shall be made of hot dip galvanized high Tensile steel wires or Aluminum alloy which are laid side by side and glued together and bent to form a loop in the middle .

The design and size of suspension helix shall be such that it reduces the torsional deformation in the zone of contact between the cable and the fixture by increasing the total area of contact. The helix shall attach to the cable so as to distribute the forces over a wide area while providing excellent grip to the cable without undue stress on the fibres.
